The food is very high quality. We tried the coconut shrimp and the ceviche. The drinks are also great. Our server Michael provided great service! You do not have to stay at the resort to eat here. Highly recommend to check this restaurant out.

The four star review is because of the limited menus and limited hours.
Also because lack of flexibility, I asked for the alfredo sauce to be replaced with marinara and the answer was they did not have marinara sauce.

Made reservation for a Thursday night, first night of our stay at the Margaritaville Resort on Lake Conroe in Texas. When we arrived, we found that the restaurant is not open on Thursdays. The restaurant confirmed the reservation with a text message the day of our reservation. So, we had to go elsewhere. We did eat there the next night and it was mediocre at best.
