Cody assisted me in getting day passes for my visit. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the resort and would answer questions without hesitation. He was never overwhelmed and always gave his undivided attention. For those who visit and want to start off your trip right, go to him.
No pool chiller! In Texas! At this level of hotel, we were very disappointed in the temperature of the pools. The pool water was extremely hot, like bath water hot. The sides of the pools were black with sunscreen and muck. We ended up sitting in the baby pool by the bucket drop. It was the cooler of all the pools and not murky, hot water. Nice! Organized service was great food is fantastic. Host was polite sever was as well. The views are amazing over look lake Conroe. The decor and the bar is perfect. The size of the bar is impressive plenty of seating
