I've been ordering from Papa John's for a few years now for delivery at both my home and work. I've never had a problem and the pizza is always hot and delicious!!
Wings had almost no sauce at all and pizza was so thin and soggy that some slice fell apart when you went to pick them up. Must be under new management or have some new employees back in the kitchen. Sad to see this placle go downhill.
Update: I was contacted by the leadership team and was assured this would be addressed. Willing to give them another shot to make things right.
