Stopped in for the first time on March 20, 2024. the person who assisted me at the counter was very friendly help me decide exactly what we wanted. I asked for pickles and onions and barbecue sauce and he was politely told me that they don't put that on there but there's a bar that you can put as much of all that on your sandwiches you'd like, which I think is a good idea. We cried for the angels in heaven because we got Porky's heavenly ribs, and they don't. Honestly, detoured to Montgomery on way to El Paso to find this "word of mouth" BBQ mecca. Was not disappointed, best smoke flavored moist ribs ever tasted. The brisket was at another level and worth the detour to smokehouse perfection. Congratulations, we will be back !
