The Paleta Bar is a dessert shop known for its delicious paletas, or popsicles. They offer a variety of flavors, and the popsicles are covered in either dark or white chocolate, and can come topped with nuts and other mix-ins. The staff is helpful and willing to let customers try flavors before purchasing. The shop is located near Lake Conroe, providing a scenic view for customers to enjoy while eating their treats. The customer service was above and beyond, with young people who were extremely nice. Flavors they had were good, and there are added sauces to choose from and dips to try. The variety makes it very exciting and fun. They sell what we call "esquimales" in Mexico. The people working are always super nice. However, the closing hours are too early, and they do not keep a good inventory of flavors.
