The lady at the drive thru this morning was so nice I got the new minions meal the frosty wasn't ready she told me I could come back to get the frosty and didnt charge me for the drink

Wendy's is a unique restaurant that is conjoined with a gas station. The food quality is generally good, but the customer service can be inconsistent, ranging from extremely friendly to seemingly distracted. The dining area is spacious and clean, though there is a strange aura to the establishment. The packaging of orders, particularly when multiple "Biggie Bags" are purchased, can be problematic, with items not properly marked or contained. However, the Pumpkin Frosty was not well-received. Overall, this Wendy's location provides a mixed experience for customers.
