Normally the food is great and alway served quickly and correctly. However the last 2 times I have ordered, the chicken and the livers were burned ( been under the warming lights way too long, at some point you need to throw it out and start over) Items were missing. Seems like the quality at this Chick Express has definitely gone downhill.
