“The fish sandwich was raw & soggy fish was not fully cooked. I hope we don't get sick. The manager and shift manager were rude & would not take a coupon from receipt 2 weeks earlier they took it same restaurant. My nieces chicken nugget, a happy meal nugget, was half raw , and she didn't say anything till later. Won't go back to the McDonald's again bad customer service never said sorry or thank you, didn't even call our # when half cooked food was ready. Then just shoved i at us when we ask if that was ours just sitting on counter getting cold. No condiments or ketchup then act like it was a inconvenience to stop waiting on drive thru there was 5 people waiting on drive thru no one at inside restaurant to help customers inside restaurant had to to say excuse me we need help they looked at me then ignored me till I had to get loud to get waited on not everyone knows how to use those dumb kiosk

“Mcdonald's has major changes ahead. The New generation Mcdonald's of USA is good but Old generation has to rise up. Bring back real love for the service instead of quick and out the way. Bring back food that customers and employees will appreciate to consume and make. Yes customers are the innovators and acts of service but working there I enjoyed my time. I enjoyed meeting people and although service was to be quick and efficient I could sit down and chat with everyone I met and pray with all.“
