This is an individual review, Nestle that works the drive thru window is phenomenal. She's quick and efficient always making sure all the lids are on properly, double checking orders and never looks flustered or overwelmed!
Kiosks and frappe machine were both down
Please stop hiring crappy people to do the job at night, pay them more, or create a happy environment for the staff… because the people in the second window always have an attitude and act snobby.. still not as bad as the McDonalds by i30… during the day, yall have good staff… but your night crew, at the counter and second window, absolutely suck.

McDonald's is a clean and quiet restaurant. The food is often hot and fresh, and the delivery service is reliable. However, there have been some issues with the soda fountain dispenser, which can issue warm drinks. The fish sandwich and chicken nuggets can be raw and half cooked. The staff can be rude and provide poor customer service. Employees have acted unprofessionally, ignored customers inside the restaurant, and would not take a coupon. Orders are often incorrect with missing items like fries and condiments. Food is sometimes served plain and dry or handed over cold after sitting on the counter.
