Go here during the day cause the night crew is a bunch of kids
I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, a beef grilled cheese burrito, a naked chicken taco, and a soft taco. Unfortunately, my soft taco was completely missing from the order. Everything else was fine, but it’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it. Please double-check orders before handing them out
Came here to order drive-thru and made me wait in line for 25 mins.. missed half my order at the window and I tried to double check with the server that she had my order right but she said that I'd find everything in the box (which it wasn't). Crunch wrap was not wrapped properly.
Tried calling them 2 times for a refund but wouldn't even answer the phone

Taco Bell in Murphy offers a variety of experiences for customers. Some appreciate the polite and sweet service from employees, while others have found service to be slow, especially at the drive-thru. One customer noted improvements in wait times, but another was disappointed by cold dining rooms, missing sauces, and occasional unprofessional behavior from staff. Recent reviews highlight positive experiences with great hot food and exceptional hospitality. Customers mention that service can be very good, with employees being especially friendly and kind. The team does an outstanding job delivering delicious food, with items like the crunchy Taco Supreme assembled and delivered with care. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly, but customers advise checking orders carefully to avoid errors. Despite ups and downs, Taco Bell in Murphy continues to serve a range of experiences for its visitors.
