Came here to order drive-thru and made me wait in line for 25 mins.. missed half my order at the window and I tried to double check with the server that she had my order right but she said that I'd find everything in the box (which it wasn't). Crunch wrap was not wrapped properly.
Tried calling them 2 times for a refund but wouldn't even answer the phone

My credit card was used to pay for another customer's food with out my permission. Very unacceptable.
