“I walked in to the restaurant just after closing time (due to covid). The owner kindly greeted me and happily answered all my questions in preparation of bringing my diabetic child.. AND THEN she explained that she actually makes and packages low carb meals! She even sent us home with a sample (bacon wrapped chicken with green beans), which my 12yr old type 1 LOVED!!!
