“My order today was specifically for the boneless loaded chicken. I wanted to try the stuffed crust also. I asked for no pineapple on my chicken and they put it on anyway. The chicken without the pineapple is fabulous. Now it's just sweet, no flavor but pineapple. I like getting my food fast, but when you just ignore the requests, I'd rather them slow down. The stuffed crust is good, but why no marinara? Please take the time to get people orders right. And why don't the rating system work on the page?“

“I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I love the staff. They always accommodate us quickly. And during lunch time they know I’m short on time and serve me quickly. I call it in and have it ready for me to eat at table.“

“My husband and I had Brunch at The Backyard for the second time recently and it once again did not disappoint. We have definitely made it our new spot! The service is sooo kind and friendly. The food is SOOO amazing. The drinks are fresh and well sized. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Chris & Shelby on our first visit. “Service was great. The appetizer was hot. We weren’t given any appetizer plates so we settled for napkins. My wings were not temperature hot but my significant others were. If you prefer sauce on your wings I recommend you request them wet. Also always join the waitlist!“

“I actually visited the establishment to purchase a large quantity of food for my crew members. I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady by the name of Victoria. He was very helpful with helping place the order since it was a rather large one. She gave some great suggesting on what she thought the guys might like to eat and their best sellers. I must say she had the right idea on what to order because the crew of 15 guys loved all the food that was ordered and didn’t leave any behind. Definitely will be order from this place again and hopefully have the pleasure of dealing with victoria when I do. Also wanted to mention that the manager on duty a young lady by the name of Catrina came out and thanked me for my business and even helped me carry out the bags to my car since there was so many.“

“I saw a video on line and was surprised that my town actually had a hippo burger with in driving distance. 18 miles from my house and I will most definitely be making that drive again. I ordered the #6 mushroom Swiss and I added blue cheese to it with a cheese tater tots. Food came out hot and fresh and pretty quick I only had to wait about 5 minutes. The burger is huge cooked to a medium well with topping spilling out of the looks to be a potato bun. So good the tater tots were popping hot and good as well.“

“I typically go to the other one up on fuqua, but really enjoyed my visit to this one. Krystal was attentive and my order came out a lot quicker than it does at the one up where I normally go. Timeout menu and food over all is pretty good at both locations. Enjoyed my visit.“

“Very nice place. Clean environment. Friend desk girl was friendly. On one occasion, through uber, they didn't have a delivery available in my area, but when l called in, 1 of their owner still came and dropped off my order. Food is very tasty as well.“

“We ordered a big order for our Ramadan Iftar and Shajee was incredibly accommodating. He gave us a great deal for our student organization and was in constant communication with us to ensure that the food arrived in time for the masjid to set up accordingly. He even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Inshallah we will order from him again in the future“

“My boyfriend and I have a running joke of hitting a Chili's in every city we travel to with his business. I have to say our visit to this one in Houston was great! Our server was attentive, friendly, efficient. Food was hot , tasty and fresh- cooked correctly. Better tasting than some of the other Chili's we've visited in the last 6 months. Plus the prices are great! No complaints here- of course it's not any kind of fine dining, but it was a good experience for us!“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“If you place your order online in a timely fashion, you should have no complications with arriving and your food being ready. Only sometimes, especially on big game days, add yourself a few more minutes because it does get overwhelming for them, and that's understandable on those particular days. Other than that, I have never had any issue at this location.“

“Food is always great here! I’m basic so I always get the Philly cheesesteak with everything! Fries were fresh and my sandwich was the right amount of everything. Considering we were served at a busy hour the food and lobby was overall a good experience. The manager took my order and served me very kindly 🫶🏼“

“Pick up order on a Friday night. It was ready on time. I ordered 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches which is one of my favorites and suprisely still hot when I got home considering they forgot to wrap it in foil. This sandwich was not the best. Bread was hard at the ends which has not happened before ( I wonder if it's because it wasn't wrap in foil to keep moisture in, idk) and it wasn't stuffed like usual. The pizza had sufficient topping just a bit over cooked. Any any rate, i will gamble on the sandwich again and hope it was a fluke.“
