“Service was great very quick the employees were so kind. They even walked around asking everyone at the tables if they needed anything.

I got the iced coffee. Not sure what coffee supplier you use currently but if you want something local and really good try SpaceFox coffee company.

Place was very clean. They have a kids play place. Loved the automated trash cans so you don't have to touch the trash bin.“

Came back again with Aunt Gloria. Good service again. Had the broccoli cheese soup and it was good. Love the salad bar.

Great service, good salad choices, good taco meat, good soup with at least 5 selections, very simple but good pizza, good brownies and gingerbread, hot breadsticks, baked potatoes with all the toppings and I never made it to the back but I believe they had ice cream also. If you come in bring your appetite. Next time I will take pictures of all the food. Will be back soon.“

“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“The food is “Fantastic”!! I judge an Italian restaurant by its lasagna…… it is very delicious!!!!! Next up…. Their pizza is “wonderful”!! I have never seen a large pizza this huge!!!!! Prices are very reasonable. Marcel is the manager and he and his staff are beyond kind, attentive and professional. Eating there is relaxing. Never rushed. “Mr Craig Newman, operator of the Alvin Chick-Fil-A, appears to be a caring, kind, friendly, and hardworking individual…and his team seems to adore him. I may have caught them on good days, so it could just be coincidence…I don’t think so. Theresa, his Director and right arm, seems to be highly structured and caring towards customers and in support of their team. She keeps the store on course. There have been times where I’ve complimented a team member on her jacket whilst in the the drive through. I told her it — her jacket — looked warm on a frosty day. She replied, “Thank you! My operator (Mr Newman) got it for me and even embroidered my name on it,” as she beamed with pride. The team members here don’t look like they show up just to collect a paycheck. They are invested. That attitude and focus on service comes from the top down. It’s an orderly and friendly restaurant and we’ve always felt welcomed. Great job, Mr Newman! Oh, and did I mention that we don’t even live in Alvin? Our town has a Chick-Fil-A, too. Our local Chick-Fil-A has great food and feels more transactional. Mr Newman’s store has more heart.“

“I used to eat here regularly when I worked on this side of town and it was always great food and service. Their pizza has a bit of a crunch to it but it’s definitely not burnt. I love that. I just went back to the company I used to work for and was hoping they hadn’t closed down. Luckily for me they hadn’t. The pizza is still just as good and I’m probably gonna go back later this week for a Philly. If you’re in the area it’s worth it.“

“My family and I went to Floyd's tonight. Our waiter's name was Robby. He suggested the Crab Bisque with my Bar Trash Grilled Cheese. Let me tell you it was amazing! Everything was amazing! Robby was definitely a great team member and I am so glad he was our server tonight. He made our first time there such a positive experience.
