Great customer service. I ordered last night a #2 and when I got home it was a #1 that I did not order. Went there today and explained and they were apologetic and rectified the situation. I'm from Jersey. If you want a REAL steak, you'll order the old school. If you know a real steak you'll order the old school. If you DON'T know a real steak, order the old school.

Based on the reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks offers great customer service and good food. The staff, including the cooks and managers, are always kind, nice, and friendly. They handle issues with professionalism and a great attitude. When orders are wrong or ingredients are missing, the staff apologizes and rectifies the situation, often offering a free drink or fries at no cost. The food is always fresh, and the old school is recommended for a real steak. The wings and ice cream are also great. The location is very clean and has some ambience. Customers appreciate the respect for their hard earned money and recommend others to patronize the business.
