Since this is now the 2nd time my sister and I have experienced the most nonchalant attitude from the barista, just thought management would want to know that customers appreciate a smile, at least look the customer in the face and acknowledge the customer’s issuance of a thank you when picking up the order.

5 stars – Absolutely Delightful!
I’m from out of town and this was my first time visiting Rao’s Bakery, and wow, I was not expecting a drive-through! I was about to wake my sleeping baby to go inside, but to my surprise, I was able to order and get everything I needed right from the car. That alone made my day—it’s hot out, and having a convenient option like that is a lifesaver for a mom on the go.
I ordered a vanilla caramel frappe...

This was a really cool spot to grab a Cappuccino and Cinnamon Roll, on my way to visit Houston.
Way better than Starbucks right next door, and extremely reasonable on price.
I loved the Italian atmosphere, and both the Cinnamon Roll and Cappuccino were really good.
My only complaint is that the service was less than stellar. Both workers looked and acted like they didn’t like their job…
I even left...
