I’m having complete withdrawals ! These brothers have the most complete selection of Texas Barbecue with a touch of the Carolina’s . Amazing food and amazing people … my family is missing them badly

I could still taste the perfection that is their frito pie. When I arrived to see that it looks like they closed down . . . this is perhaps the worst thing that has ever happened to me. How do I go on without their creamed corn? Thank you for dicing the pickles and jalapeños. I am so sad.

They have some amazing ribs and even my grandfather that has no teeth can we eat and enjoy them. They just pull off the bone.

Ate lunch for the first time here today after reading their great reviews and oh my god!! They did not disappoint!! Every single item we had was cooked to perfection!! I had the Bbq sandwich combo with pulled pork and creamed corn as my side and my husband had their Jumbo baked potato with poblano chicken sausage. My husband said that’s the best baked potato he’s ever had! And my pulled pork was so tender and the sauce was really flavorful! Of course we had to try the blueberry dessert and it was the perfect blend of tart and sweet! 1000+⭐️

Folks if you have not eaten here you are missing out on some great BBQ. The Coronado brothers are the nicest and are putting out some amazing BBQ! And their pork ribs are way better than alot of those on the Top 50 list. I am so lucky to have ya’ll so close to where I live.. BBQ makes be happy and especially GREAT BBQ and then add two great guys that are so welcoming that’s just an added bonus. I love supporting BBQ joints.. you all work so hard to feed folks like me… and I truly appreciate ya’ll. I will get back to the food…. RIBS - you MUST try..I’ll give you an example, I got BBQ last Saturday cause I had a friend coming in town and wanted something that evening that we could eat. The pork ribs were great that day and on Sunday evening I finished them off and they literally still fell right off the bone and were still delicious. Lots of meat on those ribs. Best BBQ spot in New Braunfels. And that includes the brick and mortar joints. These bros hit it out of the park consistently. Brisket and sausage is great. The ribs are fantastic. Let me say that again. Try the ribs. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Blueberry dessert is killer. I’ve probably eaten here 10 times or more. I will be coming back.

Hands down great BBQ! I made the mistake of moving away from Texas and came back a year ago and hadn’t found my go to BBQ place, but now I did. We tried the pulled pork, ribs and chicken poblano sausage, creamed corn and potato salad. I normally prefer brisket over pulled pork, but I have been converted after trying theirs. The sausage was a good and interesting choice. The ribs were so good they fell off the bone as soon as I picked it up, as they should. The sweet BBQ sauce was different than I expected in a good way, and the spicy one gave an even better flavor to every cut of meat. Creamed corn is the only reason I would ever go to Rudy’s, but now I can forget about Rudy’s because this creamed corn was the best I’ve ever had. The apple in the potato salad was the best unexpected and beautiful surprise. To the owner of this place - I want you to succeed and expand your hours so we can eat here any day!
