Cowboys & Cadillacs Upscale Dining & Rooftop Bar offers excellent views of New Braunfels from the rooftop bar. The atmosphere is laid back with indoor/outdoor seating and a bar on all 3 levels. The service is excellent, with staff like Garrett providing wonderful recommendations and exceptional drinks. The food is a must, including a scrumptious burger that pairs well with an Old Fashioned, and a delicious buffet served in the airstream bus. The dining room inside looks beautiful and upscale. Guests love the fabulous decor, fun atmosphere, great music, amazing energy, and friendly people. The whole place has the perfect Texas vibe, making it a must for dancing, hanging out with friends, dinner, or a night out.
