I witnessed is this place over serve alcohol to a customer that was peacefully watching a game & as the customer was paying their bill so they could leave in their Uber. They learn that after being overserved alcohol, the manager had called the police. The customer was just waiting on the Uber to leave when police arrived and escorted them out and placed them under arrest. It seemed like the customer was doing the right thing by getting a ride home and paying their bill only to have the police called & have them arrested.

I watched the collage basketball championship game there. They had multiple tvs showing all the games. Had a great grilled chicken wrap and the beer was ice cold.

Double Schotts Sports Bar & Grill in New Braunfels is everything you want in a true sports bar. The energy is fun, the service is quick and friendly, and the food hits the spot every time. What really made our visit stand out was how the staff made sure our favorite game was on-- They didn’t hesitate, didn’t make it complicated, just switched it over and made us feel right at home.

Cold drinks, great screens everywhere, and a team that actually pays attention to what guests want. It’s the perfect spot to relax, watch the game, and enjoy a great atmosphere. Easy 5 stars.

Loud. Server took forever to get my wife her 7 and 7 (& wasn't sure what that was). Trivia DJ was difficult to hear and understand.

First time was a mediocre at best experience, food, service and atmosphere. We gave it another shot (haha) and it was much better. Food is good bar food. Drinks were average priced and what we ordered.. We will go back.

The bartender working happy hour today 3/3 is AWFUL. We come in here several times a week the few times she’s been our bartender she is beyond rude. Today we went in and asked her a question before sitting down and she looked at us with a blank stare like we were idiots so we just turned and walked out. I mean she didn’t even respond to our question. Every time she is sooo rude and just not a friendly face you would want to serve you. As a bar manager myself I would fire her immediately. Not the face I would want in my establishment that’s for sure.

Want to let all Aggies know that this is a t-sip friendly establishment. Lots of longhorn displays and nothing related to the Great university.

So pleasantly surprised! They have great service, pretty attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the dry ranch, chicken wings, and they were amazing, we got a Caesar salad wrap, and the fries were super good! Tons of flavor, perfect textures, would definitely eat here again

Very disappointed that on a Monday night you do not have hotdogs advertised or even the basic French fries available. Our server, Hayden, was not very attentive or helpful. We are regulars with you and honestly very disappointed with his service. Your new staff should be trained a bit better.
