We ordered ahead and had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. There were cars that went through the drive thru that received their order before us. They need a better system like Starbucks that has someone focusing on mobile orders.
I would like to give a shout out to the manager Adam and his team. I am a daily customer and always greeted with professionalism, kindness and respect. I routinely see Adam being a first line leader by taking orders outside, or making drinks. His team knows mine and my wife’s everyday drink and make it perfection even putting in extra brownie bites without asking. To the team in New Braunfels great job keep it up!
This was our first time to try a matcha latte from here. Either they gave us something else, or this is awful. I've had their coffee and it was great, but this was not at all what we've had at other places. They were friendly, it was just the drink.
