El Nopalito #3 offers basic, straightforward Mexican food with a pleasant service. The coffee is good, and the Chipotle Enchiladas are highly recommended. Despite the dingy appearance inside and out, the decent prices make it worth a try. The "Abuelita" cooking flavor adds to the charm, but watch out for potholes in the parking lot.
