The Winery on the Gruene is a nice little winery. They offer a good selection of wines for tasting and of course available to purchase.If you like dessert oriented Port wines the selection and flavors they offer was truly spectacular.

I visited this winery for the first time with my cousins. I have to say this place is the place to visit!! Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. We went for the wine tasting and had so much fun. We decided to sit outside since it was a beautiful day. For my tasting I selected the Texas Rose, Moai Red, Summer Sangria, & Blackberry Merlot. Lovely wines! The owner also poured our wine tasting and was personable and informative. The tastings are reasonably priced. They have a lovely selection and reasonably priced wines for sale. They offer cheese snacks and charcuterie with uncured pepperoni. They ferment their own wine there. Support local business!
