“Jose is truly a treasure, and Marble Slab is lucky, no, blessed to have him as their Manager. Every time I go into this establishment, he is incredibly kind, professional, swift, and provides excellent customer service. His entire staff is a reflection of him as well. For the longest time, I truly thought him the owner because he cares about that place as if it were his own. The ice cream and cookies are amazing as well!“

“I have been taking Crumbl to all my clients for almost a year now and have been visiting this store the whole time. I have gone to other stores in San Antonio & Kyle and I shared with the team there in New Braunfels that I will ONLY go to them. Not only are you greeted with big beautiful smiles and warm welcomes, but they truly care about their product. Amanda is an absolutely sweet person and I love being able to work with her team in a way, being that they know my face and name now!“

“Love this place! The fro yo is delicious, and is fairly inexpensive compared to other ice cream/fro yo shops these days--especially considering their generous free sampling that takes the financial gamble out of trying new flavors. Even when the store is crowded, the service is consistently attentive and speedy. During less busy times, however, the ambience is quite relaxing, and the sweet owner (usually present) seems to genuinely enjoy getting to know her customers. Definitely a local spot I always look forward to visiting/supporting whenever I can!“

“This DQ site was clean and well presented. The server took my order for a milk shake and produced the shake in record time. The shake was well presented, tasted wonderful, and was great value for money. I will go there for my milk shakes in preference to anywhere else.“
