They are always close in the morning early hours at 4:00am they say we're close. Not enough workers. The system is down is another excuse they use . They should turn off the McDonald's arch light for people won't waste their time getting off the highway.

I love taking my girls here. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and most of all they keep the kids area, very clean. They also have one big touchscreen table in the kids area, and two small touch screens on tables in the front lobby. I wish I made it easier for the children to reach it because my daughter always asked me out halfway on the table to be able to play the game, but other than that it’s really good place to take your kids
Kid-friendliness: This place is definitely kid friendly. It’s the only McDonald’s. I know of. In new Braunfels. That has a huge player area for the kids

Probably one of the most pleasant experiences engaging with a McDonald's staff. Jayden took my order and processed payment. He was engaging, cheerful, polite, and enjoying his position of service. The lady (I didn't catch her name) was efficient and pleasant. I didn't get the receipt to fill out the Mceedees survey, so the ol' Googler review will have to do!

Rude employees. Not a warming hello , thank you or you're welcome. All of them seemed rude when I would ask for something. It's extremely disappointing

Dietary restrictions: Once you figure out the kiosk order only what you want there is a customize tab, also butter, & condiments. The process is slow but I've had better luck than with a person. I don't care for the kiosk but I'm learning to deal with it
