Rhea’s is the best in new braunfels. They have such interesting & delicious flavors the ice cream is amazing. I have never seen such unique flavors. What a treat! House made vegan ice cream. 2 flavors. We chose the mint chocolate chip and loved it. Great mint flavor, not overly sweet, and not too heavy. A perfect dessert. Order at the window. No indoor seating at this location.

Ladies in there were extremely friendly. I had a root beer float and the wife had the salted caramel ice cream. Both were very good. There is no place to sit here so be prepared to take it elsewhere. They also do not accept cash. They also will run out of things on you pretty quickly.
