Egg souffle has small heirloom tomatoes and fresh parmesan grated on top..souffle taste is subtle. Home-baked seedy bread is great choice for toasting..add bacon and you have a breakfast that is perfection..and I am not a breakfast person!
The soufflé sandwich was amazing! I’ve eaten so many places in other countries etc and this was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! Thank you for your dedication and attention to details!

We love going to Gruene and staying at the Gruene Mansion Inn. It's a tradition for us. We go for a few days over the Christmas holiday and then we always stay a few times during the Spring and Summer. Each room is charming and different.
