Taco Palenque New Braunfels

Whoever was in the Kitchen on 07/10/26 afternoon deserves a big raise. Those tacos were beyond delicious. 😋

I went through the drive-thru today, and the customer service was terrible. The employee who took my order was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. She never greeted or welcomed me—she just said, “What can I get for you?” in an unfriendly tone.

When I tried to place my order, she acted like she couldn’t hear me, even though I was speaking clearly into the microphone. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. She also lacked basic manners and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

The customer service was so bad that I decided to drive away instead of ordering. I’m not going to spend my money somewhere I’m treated that way. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope management addresses the issue so future customers are treated with more respect.

Get place to eat

I wouldnt even call it a taco. Its just underseasoned chopped chicken on a soggy tortilla shell. I added some watery hot sauce to it to at least give it some flavor. I probably should have just grabbed a microwave burrito at the QT station.

usually get the taco pirata but for the first time I got the take fajita quesadillas and they were some of the best quesadillas I have ever had!!

Their fideo local - the potatoes aren't real they are the square frozen hashbrowns. If they used real potatoes it would good.

I bought a fajitas quesadilla plate, paid 20$ n got 1 taco. The food is good just not worth the price. Everything is more expensive now so ill just be eating out less.
