Great outdoor space. Family friendly and usually live music. There is snack food available but enough restaurants nearby if you are hungry. We love coming here with family and friends

I came today with my grandma to have a nice afternoon in Gruene. This little girl behind the bar, saying little because I wasn't sure if she was the owners daughter or something hanging out back there- so rude. Crazy attitude before I even spoke to her anything to her. she was so unpleasant & strangely argumentative I didn't want to speak to her further, much less make an order from her. Totally killed our vibe & we just left, didn't even feel like listening to the music there. Its a cute spot but probably won't be back

“My time in Gruene, Texas wouldn’t have been complete without a stop at The Grapevine. Sipping on their frozen wine slushies under the Texas sun was pure joy—cool, colorful, and bursting with flavor. Between the laid-back charm of the town and the sweet, refreshing drinks, it was the perfect blend of relaxation and celebration. Definitely a memory worth toasting!”
This spot is always a good stop. Has never disappointed. Good cold beer and wine 🍷 and a chill outdoor patio and amazing music 🎶 to suit. It’s was so freaking hot yesterday and when you walked in the inside felt a tad muggy and hot needing to fan your self off while the fan was full blast. I nice additional Ac cooler for emergency days like this could be a plus for Customer experience but over had a great time.
1 large beer and 1 Large frozen Wine was near $36 which is on the high side but you get to keep the plastic branded cup.
The seating area Is a tad awkward cause you are chilling on mini wooden benches and while they are much cuter than picnic tables they just are not as comfy.
Just throwing some real opinion out there. All said and done it’s a must stop. Check out the video of the music it’s fire 🔥

Love sitting on the porch here chatting with friends! They have a lovely selection of Texas wines, and at reasonable prices. Fun place for people watching in Gruene and pretty country western atmosphere outside

Been here many times and had great experience but the young man at the counter today was the least helpful, no recommendations, just stares at you. He said they do not offer samples since COVID though I have been able to try wines here before buying a glass since COVID. When I asked about specific wines he admitted he had not tried them. When I’ve been here in the past, it has been excellent customer service and recommendations. The staff would at least ask what kind of wine you do like and make a recommendation based off of that.
