This was a great little spot to relax and grab a bite to eat. We came back for evening drinks. The food was great. The drinks were good. The prices were reasonable for what you get. The staff were friendly. This place has a cozy atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Small parking lot and street parking.
Came here with my friend today! Wanted to show her around Gruen and how beautiful it is out here. Came to the Birdhouse for the first time! It was AMAZING. I ordered fried green tomato’s appetizer and it was soooo good I had to order the fried green tomato BLT! I loved it!

Fried green tomatoes, chicken sandwich, queso, mimosas all delicious!! Try the hibiscus mimosa, it tastes like fall in a glass. Everything, the service, atmosphere, food and drinks are top tier.
