In over 20 years I had only had one subpar experience at Chick-fil-A, out of thousands of visits. I moved to New Caney early this year, and I just had the worst experience, and that’s on top of 5-6 other poor experiences at this location. After waiting in a very long line I finally get up to one of the young ladies that take your drive thru order, but she tells me they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out....
no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried

Son went in for an interview, waited an hour to be interviewed. Went up to remind them he was there twice and they said ok. He decided to leave after sitting waiting for an hour to be interviewed. He sat there and watched the manager interview another person but the guy never came and interviewed him. Sad to say because I love chick fil a. Very disappointing to a teenager that has been trying to find his first job all summer.
