The crust on these pies is amazing. Crispy, nice chew and good salt content. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was a very nice guy, for a long while. Don't sleep on this joint, it's a keeper.
Being as my ancestors settled in New Ulm in the 1850s were definitely no newbies. We've seen a lot of people come and go. Some act like New Ulm didn't exist until they arrived and then poof thier gone!! Lol But not Bel Tavolo Pizza! Lou is the best most honest loving caring person you want to meet!
