It’s kind of hit or miss at this location I think it still has a lot to do with staffing shortages. I’ve gone a few times and the lobby is closed or the whole restaurant is closed and sometimes they would be out of chicken or tell me it going to be 20 or 30 minutes until they had more.Most of the staff is really nice every now and then you get somebody who’s a little rude but probably because they’re running the whole place with only a couple of people in there.
I love Boston Market! I enjoy coming here as I usually get a 3/4 dark, both my sides are creamed spinach and a drink and every so often six cornbreads as the deal is cheaper than three.However this location is lacking in menu items and quite frankly it's disturbing. I've come here three times in the past week, the first time they we're out of chicken. This location is bad. Price for what you get is too high. No ice in machine. No bread with chk bowl. Food was not hot. Still hungry when we left. I used to like Boston Market, not sure just this location but won't be back.
