I received the coupons so I drive to the store and they had the lobby completely closed had to go to the drive-thru which was pretty busted up extremely hard to hear or understand the employees they kept telling me to wait so I waited about 20 minutes and the coupon only had a 15 minute time limit so that ran out and the employees same they did not want to help me I have to wish I was still prepared to pay for the food and then they said that the card reader doesn't work extremely poorly ran

This place is clown shoes. Ordered online and when going to pick up the order the lobby was locked and when I called the restaurant was told I had to sit in line @ the drive thru behind people who hadn't even ordered yet!!! Maybe this is some weird fever dream. ??‍♂️

I don't normally write reviews. I just had to write a review tonight. This had to be the worst service I've ever encountered. I was refused service. The manager of this location was the rudest and slowest person I've ever encountered. I will never ever go back to a Boston Market again because of this. I was insulted. I've never in my life been refused service and I'm 54 years old. I can see now why they've only got a two star rating.

Horrible location. Lobby was closed so had to go through drive thru. Their intercom was horrible could barely hear the girl. Got my receipt and got charged .50 for sweet potato instead of corn. Waved the girl down and told her about it and I asked if I can get corn. Got home checked my bag and seen she gave me an extra sweet potato instead of corn! Also, ordered a large mash with gravy. They forgot my gravy! Like?!!! There was only one car behind me at the time so how'd they forget anything. My bag was also extremely dirty, with food and greasy. Never again! Maybe if the chick removed her left AirPods she'd be able to hear me better. Management needs to do better and train better.

My husband has had terrible customer service at this location the last two weeks. Last week he drove up two different times and was promised chicken would be ready and it wasn't. They told him last week that someone had just come and bought a bunch of chicken. This week, he went in line and was told they were out of chicken and to come back in an hour and they would definitely have it. When he went back at the designated time, they told him they needed 30 minutes more and assured him that chicken would be available. An hour and a half from the original time, he went up again and was told to wait just five more minutes. After the person behind him went up to the window instead, he asked again and was told they no longer had any chicken because of online orders. So now at almost 9 pm we need to find something else to eat. Terrible customer service and not worth it for the future!

This location is bad. Price for what you get is too high. No ice in machine. No bread with chk bowl. Food was not hot. Still hungry when we left. I used to like Boston Market, not sure just this location but won't be back.

Worst meal I e had in years and I always loved Boston market. The chicken tasted stale, old,and even had a weird smell. Mac an cheese was disgusting as well. I normally love the cornbread so I ordered half a dozen... It was all gross. Never going to this location again.

I've never seen a business so bent on discouraging customer purchases. Many of their stores are closed to dining in store, and now they have taken steamed vegetables off their food line. I can't count the number of times I've found their store's doors locked during the day. Only drive through take out allowed. Corporate management must be democrats thinking we are still under lockdown. This will be one of the first restaurants to declare bankruptcy in the coming depression.

Don't use the drive thru unless you have 15 to 20 minutes to wait until someone acknowledges you and then it's hang on for another 5 to 10 minutes. What is wrong with this location??? When you are between two customers waiting it's hard to just move your car and leave. Please fix the drive thru wait time. I feel they want people to leave so they don't have to help them. I just ended up leaving and I'm spending my money elsewhere.

Chicken Pot Pie was hot and had good flavor, but new potatoes were cold and tasted off. They have other sides on display, and none looked appetizing. Just stick to the Pot Pie.

Ordered $125 worth of food. Decided to try this place again, since it has been a while. Thought maybe they would be better.Was called and told they were out of cornbread, substituted bread. No problem.When received the whole order was totally messed up. Not one meal was as ordered. Undercooked chicken, missing order of ribs, missing orders of cheesecake, missing mashed potatoes, missing gravey for mashed potatoes, & substituted mixed vegetables instead of cornbread.Got a whole $37 back for this major screw up and that was from Ubereats.Sent email to Tim, Regional Director and have not resolved this yet. Still waiting.....Update: Been three weeks. Still nothing from Tim, Reginal Director.UPDATE 2:Still no contact from Tim, Reginal Director. A whole month, ya'll really wanted to take care of it.UPDATE 3:I've been looking at the responses of the bad reviews and it's the same message about how, they care and want to take care of you. To contact them at their customer care email... THEN NOTHING.By the way, another week and you guessed it, nothing.

Ok,I don't normally give bad reviews but this deserves it. I went in to the Rufe Snow location yesterday,asked for stuffing,they don't have that now. so I asked for squash casserole,they are not serving that now either..my n cheese looked Dry and gross,so I asked for a Lg side of creamed spinach. it rang up at $7.57, I was surprised,she said it's a Premium Side...got home,took 3 small bites and threw it away. it's frozen spinach. Super disapppointed by this location,staff was moody and the food in the case was messy and unappetizing. Will definitely Avoid the NRH location on Rufe Snow.

It’s kind of hit or miss at this location I think it still has a lot to do with staffing shortages. I’ve gone a few times and the lobby is closed or the whole restaurant is closed and sometimes they would be out of chicken or tell me it going to be 20 or 30 minutes until they had more.Most of the staff is really nice every now and then you get somebody who’s a little rude but probably because they’re running the whole place with only a couple of people in there.

I thought I was sent bad food because they don't have to see someone or they can't bring it back to the counter. Then I read the reviews. Just BAD. The Mac and cheese had crunchy parts. How the hell is pasta crunchy??? Cornbread could have been used as a brick. HORRIBLE and will not come to this location again. Waste of money.
