I've continued to patron Chipotle through struggles, some of my own frustrations too, but today felt final. Of the not proportionate meat to other fillers I bought, 1/3 of it was straight fat. I took a picture of it. Despite feeling disappointed in the first place, I then felt ripped off, but also for some reason didn't enjoy my meal per normal. Won't be back although I've stood by the brand. Hope u guys can improve, but i won't be there anymore.

I explained that I have celiac disease and have to be strictly gluten-free, and the servers swapped spoons in all of the items I wanted. They also changed gloves and used new containers for lettuce and cheese since they usually grab those with their tortilla-touching hands. They were kind and gracious, and I didn’t feel like a burden. The burrito bowl was amazing. Thank you for a safe, delicious lunch!

The food is usually pretty good here. This particular day everything was so salty it was hard to eat. The chips were trash, tough, greasy and so salty I had to throw them out. I think this was a one off experience because it's usually ok.
