Came in with my daughter to do some taste testing. I could have easily made a meal out of every individual serving on our plates. The brisket was incredible. The jalepeno sausage was great. The chopped pulled pork was great. The beans... I can't believe the beans were so good. Never had beens that tasted like they might have had meat in them! Anyway... we signed the paperwork and now they will be catering my Daughters February wedding. Wasn't looking forward to marrying off our baby girl... at least now I'm excited about dinner!

We ordered a bit of everything. My favorite thing we ordered was the pork ribs hands down. We also ordered their award Winning burger, the Duke. I’m not sure how it won cause it was dry as heck and not good at all. So was the fried pickle burger that we ordered. I would never order a burger from there again to be honest. Green beans had no flavor and the street corn was meh. The loaded baked potato was a bit dry as well. Sauces are good. Corn bread is dry dry dry. Fries are good. We haven’t ate our cheesecake yet but I hope it’s good. Brisket is good just like any other place I suppose. I was really excited to try this place cause I have heard so much about it but was disappointed. 130.00 dollars with of food for a sub-par experience of BBQ food. I would only go back for the pork ribs.

Update: just tried the Oreo cheesecake. Absolutely disgusting. I love cheesecake too and I could even swallow it. Taste like rotten cheese. So disappointed again!

We used Patriotic Pig to cater our wedding and we are SO happy we did! Not only did we have so many of our guests say how good the food was, but they took care of EVERYTHING! They set up the food quickly, brought their own decor and supplies, cut our cake, bussed the tables, and and even cut the brisket in front of the guests during the buffet line. They made our big day so much more enjoyable, stress free, and PERFECT! If you're looking for someone to cater barbecue, use Patriotic Pig! Thank you guys for everything!

I am uncertain about the negative experiences some individuals may have encountered here. However, I have sampled their food twice in the last two weeks, and everything has been exceptional! In fact, I am arranging for my entire team at work to place an order today! Great food and price!

I’ve driven past this place all the time and this was my first time in. Patriotic pig surpassed by expectations. When you walk in, it smells amazing, the wall menus have super clear pictures on the screen. Their marketing team did such a great job!

I had the two meat plate with black pepper sausage and pulled pork. It was so yummy and hit the spot! I definitely recommend it!

Food was decent but nothing that stood out. Cornbread was incredibly dry. Ribs and brisket were ok. I dislike that the meat is weighed before portioning it out. We’ve had better in Texas and Memphis. Cashier offered us drinks, but didn’t mention there were fountain drinks vs bottled drinks until we asked what the souvenir cups were for. This created confusion and a line behind us.

We decided to try the brisket and it was moist and tender with nice bark and smoke ring! However the flavor was lacking . I like my brisket with big flavor in every bite. And that how I smoke my briskets. The brisket brand and deviled egg potato salad was amazing ! Yea I know I only smoke a couple of briskets at a time yall smoke about a hundred!
