Came in with my daughter to do some taste testing. I could have easily made a meal out of every individual serving on our plates. The brisket was incredible. The jalepeno sausage was great. The chopped pulled pork was great. The beans... I can't believe the beans were so good. Never had beens that tasted like they might have had meat in them! We used Patriotic Pig to cater our wedding and we are SO happy we did! Not only did we have so many of our guests say how good the food was, but they took care of EVERYTHING! They set up the food quickly, brought their own decor and supplies, cut our cake, bussed the tables, and and even cut the brisket in front of the guests during the buffet line.
