Food is fine. The two stars was just regarding the experience with the female tattooed night worker. Called the store with a quick question while I was outside of the store. I saw her walk up to the phone, throw up her hands like she didn't want to answer, then turned around and left the call to ring out instead of just answering the phone.
Food was great, but it took longer than expected. The staff was polite, but I would have liked to know that I could track my order's progress on the monitor. Also, there was a lot of side talk while we waited. That gets on your nerves if you are waiting a long time.
Ordered online and they had my order ready and they were great

Wingstop is a popular restaurant known for its delicious wings and flavorful sauces. The restaurant offers a variety of sauce options, and customers particularly enjoy the ridiculously delicious ranch dressing. While the restaurant can be busy during peak hours, the food is served in a timely manner. Customers recommend trying the Cajun fried corn, which is well-seasoned and spicy. The restaurant also offers mild or plain tenders for those who prefer a more subtle flavor. Some reviews mention that wait times can be long, especially on weekends, sometimes up to 45 minutes, which can lead to neglected and dirty tables. The staff at this location are praised for their good service and willingness to make things right if customers are not satisfied. Despite occasional issues like greasy wings and inconsistent drinks, many customers appreciate the great service and the quality of the Cajun corn. Overall, this Wingstop location is appreciated for its attention to detail and customer care.
