“DJ needs to be promoted to the highest level of manager they have at wing stop. After leaving the store I realized they had forgotten to put a fry in the bag (it happens). I called the store to explain what had happened and DJ told me to come on back and he would get everything straightened out and was very apologetic. Upon arrival a girl at the front asked what I needed and handed me a bag with maybe 10 fries in it. (She wasn’t interested in making anything right) DJ came to the front and personally made me a fresh batch of fried and asked if I needed anything else since I had to drive back up to the store. This man is what right about customer service, it’s hard to find people who actually care about making customers happy. WingStop upper management if you read this #PROMOTEDJ #NorthlakeTX.“

“They always get our orders right and our pies are always hot and ready for pick up when the tracker shows it ready. We usually get extra garlic sauce so no one fights for sauce and they never forget to pack the amount of extra ones we pay for. The team members are always pleasant and we never had a bad experience.“

“Ordered 35 pizzas for a company training at the last minute because our original order from another company canceled our order due to running out of dough.
This location tackled my massive order an hour before we needed it- helped me load it in my car- and were hospitable with the entire experience. The GM was headed out the door when I called and clocked back in to help his team get my order ready to go on such short notice. AND the pizza was amazing!! Great service, great food!!! “Now usually I don't give places five star reviews but this place was excellent I ordered online the two can dine when I came and picked up my order very beautiful lady came to the counter to help me My food was fresh they didn't have some of the condiments that I requested and she was very helpful their customer services wonderful I should have took a picture of the food it looked great and tasted even better mac and cheese and mashed potatoes was my sides they were perfect if I'm ever in this area again I will most definitely stop by“

“My husband and I had the island bourbon chicken on a stick and island veggie fried rice from their booth at Arts For All this evening. We were extremely satisfied with both dishes! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the rice had good flavor. Definitely recommend this business.“

“We have been meaning to try this place for awhile but just weren’t sure. Wow! I’m so glad we did! Everything was sooooooo good. And I do mean everything, from the wings to the whole chicken to the sides (we tried four sides and four sauces) right down to the picked radishes. The wings are thick and juicy and the crispy coating on the honey garlic wings is amazing…literally the best wings I’ve ever had. Even my brother (who hates everything) ate a whole plate and said how good it was. The staff/owners were so friendly when we went to pick up. We will definitely be returning! If you haven’t tried it yet, that is your loss! I wish I would have taken pics but we ate it all so fast, we only would have pics of empty boxes.“
