Not sure about the atmosphere, I always order to go. Super friendly staff!!!
I ordered two large orders of fries both came out undercooked and soggy. I called to get a refund and I’m being asked to drive back to the store a 20+ min round trip if I want my money back. Mistakes happen but the fact that the only way to fix this is by me wasting more of my time is crazy.
Always hot food

McDonald's in Oak Point offers a decent experience with clean surroundings and fresh food. The chicken sandwiches have improved over the years, making for a satisfying meal. However, some customers find the kiosk-only ordering policy frustrating, leading to people leaving without placing an order. The service is highlighted by a caring cashier who provided helpful advice, reflecting a positive level of customer service. Overall, it is a good place to visit.
