Geoff at the Frisco Canes on Lebannon and 423 is literally a beacon of light in world full of darkness. His uplifting attitude, positive vibes, and impeccable choreography accompanied with an interpretive dance crafted only for the most worthy truly make every bite of canes tender, delicious chicken fingers that much more delectable. The all encompassing glow of his presence is something my husband and I look forward to during every excursion to this canes location. Every time we go through the drive through, we hold our breath and say a quite payer... all in hopes that Geoff is the one taking our card to pay. He is a remarkable man who makes our drive through excursions a thing of true majesty and pure enjoyment. If I were you, I’d keep him forever because honestly, I think the world might just explode into turmoil if he leaves. It would be like opening a Pandora’s box of cursed fried chicken and sauce so sinister it would completely diminish the golden crisp of the fries, leaving them doomed to become sad, limp, under salted, only mildly tasty morsels little Frenchfrylets. Seriously... between COVID, murder hornets, the election, the toilet paper crisis, and so much more in 2020, we CANNOT RISK Geoff leaving his drive through throne. It is imperative that you head our warning as though it came from an Oracle themself. It might just be the event that spirals our world into an unparalleled apocalypse. Give him a raise, give him a crown, give him an island, honestly give him whatever he asks for because the ramifications are much to serious to risk. I know what you are thinking and No. I assure you I am not exaggerating. I’m pretty sure that if Geoff left, the ground would begin to shake and the four horseman of the apocalypse would ride their sinister demon horses made of lava out of the ground to take over what little remains our decrepit, crumbling sanity. Geoff is imperative to keeping the remainder of the world in balance. Or all we know could be lost. Ps. The chicken is amazing and the sauce is actually the stuff of angel tears. Unfortunately this location does not offer salt-free fries. There are people who try to limit their salt intake during the day and not offering salt free fries means Chik-fil-a may not be a good option for them. hopefully this changes in the future, as I love Chik!“

Just try to order online to minimize any errors/mistakes on toppings and since the parking space is limited, I always get it take out/to go, not much space to sit down and eat.“

The inside was PACKED with families and their very young school-aged children, I mean barely a table or two were vacant. I expected the cashier to be overwhelmed and not very personable but he was actually very nice and helpful despite the chaotic atmosphere. I wish I got his name so I can compliment him directly for the awesome service because given the circumstances I did not expect it at all. I had even ordered alongside someone else so we had 2 orders to go and he personally handed us both of our orders at the same time so we didn't have any confusion and I really appreciated that. “Original post: Food was not hot on delivery, only just still warm, and not as good as other Sonics I have been to. Strange taste to my limeade like soap residue or something like that. Onion rings over fried to super dark and leather like onion. Lettuce on burger tasted strange too similar to soapy taste from limeade. Payment feature from screen where I ordered was not functional. Disappointed in this Sonic location.
Updated review: after I posted the review above, I was contacted by the GM who offered to re-make my order at my convenience and I took him up on that offer today. The Manager on duty was GREAT and remembered the GM talking about my experience to the crew. She personally took my order and delivered my food piping hot and waited to make sure there was no issue with my order. Fantastic management was absolutely demonstrated in their handling of my prior experience at their location.“

While I was ordering Iris is usually shy around new people but took to her and did her own 4 year old conversation. How pretty her dress was and made it a awsome experience for Iris. “It's surprising to see some of the reviews for this BK (35 E North & Swisher). I love BK and purchase the whopper sandwich (always with extra pickles and mayonnaise), regardless of the location I visit, at least once a week if not more.

There are three BK's within the same driving distance and proximity from where I live. Having purchased from all three, this location next to Discount Tire, is my favorite.

Why? Customer service. Every single visit, I am greeted with friendly smiles and cheerful people working at this location. 100% consistent great customer service.

The food is always fresh and made perfectly to my order.

“My first time ever having Canes was great! They had my food out in literally less than 2 minutes. Chicken was super duper crispy maybe a lil too much breading but it was super good. Toast was solid, and the fries were alright, nothing to write home about. But man that canes sauce was so good. I don't like sauce on things at all, I'm barbeque sauce and nothing else, not even ketchup or mustard, but that canes sauce was something else. TLDR: My first time at Raisin Canes and it will not be my last, they hype is absolutely worth it 🔥“

“I somehow made the mistake online of choosing carry-out instead of delivery. I called the 1301 FM 407 ste 209 store in Lewisville and quickly got an answer and the problem was corrected. I thought I’d forsure get a cold pizza 45 minutes later. Nope, they had the pizza to me in 10 minutes. Probably the best pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever had. Management and employees deserve an A+.“

“This is a tried and and true fast food, Mexican. They do it better than all of the others. If they serve their food on real plates with real silverware, they would be considered a Mexican restaurant. Their chili con carne is exceptional in any dish that it is added to is wonderful. The quality of the food shows in every bite.“
