“My son and I go as often as we can. They have some of the freshest sushi around and their all you can eat menu has grown over the last year. The servers are hit n miss some great some not so great so make sure you are nice to the server and they will come back sooner for your next order and keep it coming. The food tastes amazing. The place is very clean. Highly recommend. They have a regular menu too and kid friendly food.“

“This was our family’s first time at the restaurant and we will definitely be back. We went on a Sunday evening around 6 and were able to get a table without a reservation. Cam was our server and he had excellent recommendations and made it easier to decide what to get on their extensive menu. He was also very personable and attentive and happy to help answer questions. We started with the grand margarita and an IPA, both were excellent. We got the calamari and egg rolls for an appetizer, we got the Scottish salmon bento box, the Ginza roll and a specialty seasonal roll. It was a lot of food but very tasty. The calamari was great but only two of us were eating it so it was a little too much food for two. The bento box was a way to try multiple things, and the sushi was extremely fresh and well flavored. The rolls were also well balanced with the flavors. They had cool lights coming down from the ceiling that looked like jelly fish. It’s a smaller space, but a cozy atmosphere and a nice bar at the front.“

“Trust. It looks empty and you might have to wait a few mins for him to go out and greet you but since he’s (I think) the only one in the kitchen, he takes a bit. We were greeted rather easily and he was taking our orders out as they became ready. We ordered the pink lady (9/10), spicy tuna (8.5/10), rainbow (8/10) and the dragon (9/10). They were SO good. Don’t be rude, give him a bit and enjoy your food when you get it! He’s super sweet and we made sure to tell him thank you bc he had a rude customer (looking at you Mr. Nissan Sentra). “I think I found this receipt on the floor but I actually have been to Sarku Japan. The food here is delicious and packed with tastes, tasting amazing to the taste buds. My mother and I like eating here instead of the other places even though the others are great as well, my mother and I prefer here. I don't actually know why my mother picks this place but, again, I enjoy going to Sarku Japan. The food gives intel-lect, good for brain.“

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday, and it was a great experience. The restaurant was nice and quiet, which made for a relaxing meal. We’ve been coming here for years but hadn’t visited in over two years, so it was exciting to see that the food quality is still outstanding.

Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We especially loved the spicy scallop and tuna hand rolls — always a favorite! The bento boxes were warm, generous, and full of flavor, and the miso soup was comforting and perfectly seasoned.

Service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly. It’s great to know this place continues to deliver consistently high quality. We’ll definitely be back again soon!“

While the hibachi dishes left much to be desired – with fishy-tasting soup, mediocre fried rice, and average steak – the sushi, particularly the fish's size and quality, earned high praise from my husband, a Tokyo native. Yet, inconsistencies in rice texture across rolls and the unappetizing presentation of rice spilling from the sides marred the sushi experience. The restaurant's ambiance was undeniably beautiful, but the unsightly vents on the ceiling detracted from its overall appeal. Moreover, our encounter with the manager, Kristie, soured the experience further. Despite making a reservation, navigating the nuances of hibachi dining on OpenTable proved challenging, leading to an unpleasant interaction with Kristie upon arrival. Her demeanor lacked hospitality, and her approach to handling reservations felt unwelcoming and unnecessary. Despite these setbacks, the allure of high-quality sushi draws us back, albeit to the alternative location to bypass any potential encounters with Kristie. Sakekawa may have its flaws, but for sushi aficionados seeking top-notch fish, it remains a contender in The Woodlands’ sushi scene.“

“Every few weeks we have our Family Sunday Dinner ordering to go with the whole family . China Bridge is one of our favorite places to order from . They have a great variety to order from and the food is always good. So everyone always gets their favorite meal . . I do have one suggestion for them though . Their restaurant is very nice but it always seems that their dine in business is not as busy as they should be . My suggestion having started in the Restaurant Industry is to create more light in the Restaurant . Also on days for Big Sports events make sure your TV is on with no Sound . Customers also like being able to see out and into the restaurant so opening it up will help . From the moment we walked in, the experience was perfect. I found the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing, making it the ideal spot for a date night or a casual dinner. I even stop in for a quick roll togo when I am out running errands.
The food itself is consistently fantastic and incredibly fresh. Every piece of sashimi and every roll practically melts in your mouth, tasting like it was just caught. The quality here is truly top-tier.

“AMAZINGGGGG!!! The food was delicious. I was in town for the weekend and this place was close to my hotel so I decided to try. Definitely a great decision. The Bún bò Huế is a must! We also got Thai tea, spring rolls, egg drop soup, and a bowl of pho. All 10/10s. It is a seat yourself location but there is many options to choose from. If I’m ever in town again I will be stopping.“
