Five Guys is an excellent fast food restaurant in Odessa, known for its delicious burgers and friendly staff. The food is usually prepared as requested and is better than many other Five Guys locations. The fries are sometimes not seasoned to taste, but the staff is always helpful. The restaurant is clean and organized, but the wooden chairs could benefit from a quieting solution. Customers appreciate the consistent quality and friendly service, even when minor mistakes happen, as staff quickly correct them without fuss. While the prices have increased and there may be longer waits at times, the overall quality remains good, and many feel the food is worth the occasional splurge. The staff's care for customers helps ensure a positive experience each visit.
