I was just trying to be nice and help out a man who asked for FOOD NOT MONEY!!! My family and I order this gentleman a combo. They started questioning him why he was in there and what he was waiting for. My mom and I told the lady that one of the combs we order was for him and she rolled her eyes are us and said “are you serious?”

Ordered online and when I arrived for my order the app stated 0-1 min to be ready. After being there for about 20 min the app never updated so I went inside. Once inside my order wasn’t ready. Employees kept looking around and taking with each other while I stood there & they gave me no update. Finally a gentleman comes up & asks the employee to use the register. I just spent 15 dollars on some food i wouldn't have my worst enemy eat. besides that, I waited 20 minutes, got home and had to go back up there cause they only put my fries n the bag and left out the burnt disgusting looking wings. don't eat at the new odessa location. it's awful
