This whataburger was really nice... We got burgers and cobb salads... Was fresh and perfect
Ordered at drive through only myself and 1 other in line! Had to wait at window so I expected hot fresh food!
Didn’t check my bag until I got home! Order was wrong nothing hot and fresh for sure!
Receipt was just as I ordered but I was missing onion rings and a burger!
I went back to location and went in to be sure order was done correctly!
Employees didn’t seem concerned at all!
Only apology I got was from employee who brought my order out!

Food is amazing. LOVE the burger. Service is good but atmosphere seems a little outdated

Whataburger offers delicious food that customers generally enjoy. Many reviews highlight the freshness of the meals, with some mentioning favorites like spicy ketchup and fries. However, customer service has room for improvement, as some guests report being ignored and experiencing long wait times. The atmosphere can be chaotic, with complaints about yelling and cursing from staff, making it less child-friendly. While the food quality stands out, consistent issues like forgotten ketchup and fries have been noted. Overall, the restaurant shows promise but needs to address its service and environment for a better dining experience.
