Very good menu selection of mostly fried foods. But if you are looking for some good steak fingers, crispy tstor tots and chicken steps, this is your place. They had burgers, hot dogs, burritos, a Mexican plate, taco salad, and fries veggies- pickles, onions, zucchini, mushrooms. We enjoyed our meal. Very friendly duo waited on us, and their prices were good. Small dining room with a few tables and also counter and table out service.
Hand cut and dipped onion rings, best I have eaten in a long time. Hand cut and floured chicken fry steak fingers tender and delicious.
This is another classic American diner in Texas that is worth seeing! With a rich history dating back to 1950, it's the oldest continuously operating restaurant on Highway 70 west of the Mississippi River, and the second oldest to a 1947 Highway 70 restaurant in North Carolina!
