I wanted to like Happy Trails BBQ. Let me tell yall why it made me unhappy. First, the portion sizes are ridiculously small. Smallest out of every BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. Second, while the meat flavor was ok, sides were sub par at best.
Best barbecue in East Texas. Highly recommend and such friendly staff. Will be stopping in more!!
I grabbed a bake potato with turkey from the drive thru and it was great! Loaded! I will visit them again!
