The service is always great, and management is eager to make up for any mistakes. Located conveniently off the loop and across from the high school, it's easy to get in and out. The restaurant has a lot of parking, is kid-friendly, and wheelchair accessible. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, with one manager personally apologizing and offering cookies after a mistake, showing excellent customer service. LaSanta Lott made a family’s visit extra special, and the food is often hot and delicious. While some employees may not seem as friendly, overall, the staff strives to provide a positive experience. It's a great spot to catch up with friends and enjoy a meal.
