The chicken still had feathers in order for me get refund i had give wings back after eating majority worst experience ive ever had. My child almost ate the one with feathers by the way. Will never eat here again. When i was leaving because i was very angry 😡 the little girl that was manager there and her little crew was looking at me laughing as i drove away very unbelievably unprofessional never been so embarrassed in my life
They didn't have enough brownies to complete my order so instead of offering a refund they offered ranch. That makes no sense to me at all. The combo meal I ordered came with a drink but they didn't give that to me either. Once my husband got home with the order and 8 cups of unneeded ranch I called and spoke to the manager. He stated there was nothing they would do about it. So I ended up paying for stuff I never received. Now I remember why I dont go to this restaurant.
