“I recently bought just the patty meats from Whataburger, expecting the same great flavor their burgers are known for. While the patties were fresh and well-cooked, the aftertaste was unpleasant—almost bitter or off-putting. I suspect they use too many seed oils in their cooking, which might explain the lingering taste.

The quality is still better than most fast-food places, but I’d prefer a cleaner, less processed taste. If they adjusted their cooking oil, this could be an easy five stars.”
