Atmosphere: They tend to have the music playing too loud, even with my earbuds on i couldn't hear my video.

Service: They aren't consistent with the shakes. I dont think there is a set procedure ingredients for each shake.

“I watched a customer throw a fit and yell at a line buster for following the normal zigzag process used to take orders in the drive-thru. Imagine berating an employee who's just doing their job... over a coffee. The employee stayed professional, but the customer's behavior was completely uncalled for and embarrassing to witness.

“This was a great spot to go for a meal in McAllen Texas. We had the Pancit, Sweet & Sour tofu, lentil soup. Everything was flavorful but would especially recommend the Pancit. The pancit portion was also huge. The sweet and sour tofu could have had more tofu and portion was on the smaller side. We did also get the frozen vegan lasagna . There were no heating instructions but I did heat it for 400 Fahrenheit for 40 mins after thawing for a few hrs in the fridge. It was good.
