The service was poor. The guy at the window didn't want to look at us. Hurried us up and was rude. So when we left we found that he gave me carbonated water instead of tea. UGH!!! THEN THE PLACE WAS CLOSED WHEN WE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THEIR MISTAKE! 😠

I just went and asked for a breakfast jack and the gave me a beef burger with pickles mustard and bacon.I asked for a breakfast jack,I called about 20 times and they answered and they keep hanging up.
Bad service_never again�.

Based on the reviews, Jack in the Box has both good and bad experiences. The food came out fresh, and the restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy. The service can be helpful; one cashier was nice, read back the order, and took food to the table. Another time, a guy at the register was very helpful and helped pack cokes. However, there are major issues. Sometimes they do not listen to the order, forget drinks, and charge for multiple orders when it should be one. Another visit had a drive thru girl with a nasty attitude, cold tacos with excessive lettuce and no meat or beans, and a wrong drink. Also, an order from the app was stolen by the delivery driver, and the location’s phone number is disconnected.
